Bryce's Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, do not drain
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 Ranch dressing packet
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
Directions
- Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot, then add the other ingredients on top.
- Turn crock pot on low and cook for about 4-5 hours, stirring a couple times to mix in the cream cheese.
- Shred the chicken and serve. Makes about 2 quarts of chili.
- For best results, let the chili sit overnight in the fridge and reheat the next day to serve.
