Bryce's Cream Cheese Chicken Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, do not drain
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Ranch dressing packet
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese

Directions

  1. Put the chicken breasts in the crock pot, then add the other ingredients on top.
  2. Turn crock pot on low and cook for about 4-5 hours, stirring a couple times to mix in the cream cheese.
  3. Shred the chicken and serve. Makes about 2 quarts of chili.
  4. For best results, let the chili sit overnight in the fridge and reheat the next day to serve.
