Britney's Crockpot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 beef roast (frozen or thawed)
  • Meat tenderizer
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 heaping tablespoon beef Better Than Bouillon
  • Several shakes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Fresh rosemary (optional)

Directions

  1. Place the roast in the crockpot (frozen or thawed both work).
  2. Cover the roast with meat tenderizer, then garlic salt, then pepper.
  3. Place a heaping tablespoon of beef Better Than Bouillon on top of the roast.
  4. Add several shakes of Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
  5. Add approximately 1 cup of water to the bottom of the crockpot (do not pour onto the roast). Add fresh rosemary if desired.
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours. The roast will start falling apart around hour 7 and needs the extra hour to finish. Do not undercook or it won't separate properly.
