Britney's Crockpot Roast

Ingredients
- 1 beef roast (frozen or thawed)
- Meat tenderizer
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 heaping tablespoon beef Better Than Bouillon
- Several shakes of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
- Fresh rosemary (optional)
Directions
- Place the roast in the crockpot (frozen or thawed both work).
- Cover the roast with meat tenderizer, then garlic salt, then pepper.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of beef Better Than Bouillon on top of the roast.
- Add several shakes of Worcestershire sauce over the roast.
- Add approximately 1 cup of water to the bottom of the crockpot (do not pour onto the roast). Add fresh rosemary if desired.
- Cook on low for 8 hours. The roast will start falling apart around hour 7 and needs the extra hour to finish. Do not undercook or it won't separate properly.
